5 simple hacks for getting most of chatGPT.
My research shows that many people still don't use simple yet powerful ChatGPT functions.
Yes, everyone discuss prompts, but there are also different ways to organize the work within ChatGPT which make work twice as more productive.
Let’s go straight into it:
1. Voice mode for better prompting.
Dictation is a lot more powerful than any text prompt.
When you talk, you add more context.
Don’t forget to request reasoning and challenging your assumptions and suggestions, otherwise it will always say to you „great idea“.
2. Different models for different tasks.
- ChatGPT 4o is my go to for brainstorms, quick summaries, high level research.
- ChatGPT o3 - market or competitive analyses, financial models, longer answers, but with reasoning.
- ChatGPT 4.5 - competitor to Claude in human like text generation.
Personally don’t use it.
3. Folders and projects to simplify day to day.
Use them to structure your work, thoughts, language learning - you got it :)
Projects can be helpful for specific client work for example, create tone of voice and brand context: group together chats, upload reference files, and add custom instructions so ChatGPT remembers context and stays on‑topic.
4. Custom GPTs.
Custom GPTs with specific set of instructions can be used by you or other users for many different clients and projects as ready functioning tool. For example, to do well formatted customer or competitor research.
5. Share individual chats.
You can create a unique URL to share a chat from a project and this allow your team to see what you do and how exactly.
