Hello my new friend,
Tata here. If we have not met, here is a bit of a background about me and why I am starting this newsletter.
I like to define myself as a curious and global person.
I have worked in corporates in global marketing and business functions (hello to my Deloitte, BAT and Nike fellows) and then moved to startup world where I held various leadership roles in global growth, marketing and content in a unicorn startup Picsart.
In 2023 I took a leap and started the solopreneurship journey which quickly turned to an enterpreneurship one. Me and my team help grow B2C and B2B SaaS tech companies in the spaces of education, creative technologies and healthcare.
On a personal note, I am Armenian, who has been moving around the world and living in 5 different countries, and who finally found a personal best place in Switzerland, where I live right at Lake Zurich with my little family.
1. Why now and what this will be about
I have been keeping the notes, frameworks and ideas mostly to myself and to my students for far too long. And recent conversations with students of my Product Positioning course inspired me to get this newsletter started.
Neuroscience says that it’s best to get started with some small changes to avoid your brain to resist and procrastinate instead, thus I will be dedicating ±3% of my “awake” time to this every week.
112 hours a week * 3% = 3.4 hours a week - that’s about 30 min a day to write.
Sharing frameworks, ideas, thoughts and observations publicly will be a challenge for me, yet, that’s only 30 min a day, right? So here we go.
2. Who I want to connect with
